Apollo Program Partners
Conducted in 2012 and 2013, the Apollo Program was the world’s first wireless EV charging trial. We worked with over ten carefully-selected trial partners, outfitting Nissan Leafs and Chevrolet Volts with prototypes of the Plugless L2 System, in order to test and refine our technology in real-world settings. Our Apollo Program trial partners logged over 15,000 charging hours on Plugless and provided feedback that was instrumental in helping us bring the Plugless System to EV drivers.
