Join the Plugless Power 2012 Apollo launch program

Join six high-profile commercial participants that have outfitted their EVs with Plugless Power wireless charging systems

Upgrade your electric vehicle fleet with the Plugless Power trial program
Plugless Power is introducing the perfect simplicity of wireless electric vehicle charging through an exclusive pilot program for organizations that have electric vehicles in their fleet. A simple, noninvasive retrofit of Plugless Power technology allows you to charge your vehicles wirelessly – to achieve the highest cost-effectiveness from your EV fleet.

Building on Evatran’s first product trials around its Headquarters in Wytheville, Virginia and its prototype installation at Google’s Mountain View campus in early 2011, the first phase of this Apollo Trial Program will follow market leaders from six industry segments as they trial Plugless Power systems on their own Volt and Leaf vehicles. Participants range from car rental agencies to corporate campuses to utility providers and installations will occur in locations across the United States.

  • Site surveys, vehicle inspections, and photographing will be completed by December 31, 2011 for all participants.
  • Participants will be revealed beginning in January 2012.
  • Vehicle conversions and station installations will take place at partner locations throughout February 2012.

There will be an additional phase of trial units installed in the third quarter of 2012. We are looking for a variety of participants that offer a range of operating conditions and EV models. Participating organizations will be asked to provide weekly updates about the trial and will have their feedback featured in Plugless Power materials. Interested?
