Thomas Hough, CEO and Chairman of the Board, Co-Founder
Tom Hough is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Evatran, LLC. Tom acquired MTC Transformers in 1998. He and his management team have grown the company into a world-class supplier of transformers and associated services, with an average growth rate of 28% per year since 1998. Prior to MTC, Tom was the vice president / general manager of electrical equipment for Tampa Armature Works. Tom began his career in 1973 with General Electric, where he worked for 16 years in industrial electrical equipment sales and service. Tom graduated with a B.S. in industrial engineering from Purdue University and earned his MBA from West Virginia College of Graduate Studies.

Timothy Briggs, CFO
Timothy Briggs is the Chief Financial Officer of Evatran. Tim has over 30 years of progressively responsible management experience in accounting, finance, and operations management. He has broad expertise with high-technology, fast-growth companies requiring financial and operational leadership. His high-technology company experience includes the well-known computer company, Sun Microsystems, Inc. He previously has been the chief financial officer for Datacraft Solutions, software-as-a-service for inventory management; Inlet Technologies, HDTV encoding solutions; Tavve Software, software for network management; HealthMatics, electronic medical record systems; and BSG, client-server software and hardware solutions for customer service centers.

Rebecca Hough, COO, Co-Founder
Rebecca  Hough  is  co-founder  and  chief  operating  officer  for  Evatran.  Ms. Hough leads all sales, business development, and marketing activities for the company and currently manages Evatran’s day-to-day operations.  In this position, Ms. Hough has spearheaded strategic partnership development including the company’s relationships with Google, Sears and Yazaki North America. Additionally, Ms. Hough is responsible for positioning the company as a thought leader and regularly participates in industry conferences including her role in the 2011 Business of Plugging-In Conference in Detroit and in pitching the company at various events.  Ms. Hough has been paramount in the development of the company’s go-to-market strategy and has developed marketing initiatives including the company’s social media plan, customer reservation list, and media relations strategy. Prior  to  joining  Evatran,  Ms.   Hough  was  a  management  consultant  with  Kurt  Salmon  Associates,  consulting  on  projects  in  the  retail   and  consumer  products  sectors. Graduating  from  the  McIntire  School  of  Commerce  at  the  University  of   Virginia,  Ms.  Hough  earned  a  B.S.  in  Commerce  with  concentrations  in  Finance  and  Management.
