Rebecca Hough, CEO and Co-Founder
The daughter of two engineers, Rebecca practically grew up in her father’s workshop. So it’s little surprise that even a job at a high-profile management consulting firm in New York couldn’t overpower the call to return home to help her father, Tom, spin off Evatran from its parent company to develop Plugless. Her first role was leading the new company’s sales and marketing efforts, a job that included creating strategic partnerships with Google, Hertz, and Bosch. In late 2012, Rebecca moved into the CEO role to oversee operations. Recently, she was named to Inc. magazine’s Top 30 Entrepreneurs Under 30.
