David Coburn, Board Member at Large
David Coburn is President and CEO of Hickory Springs Manufacturing Company, a privately held company based in Hickory, North Carolina, with more than 50 manufacturing plants in 16 states and China. In addition to its core furniture and bedding markets, Hickory Springs also serves a growing range of customers in the automotive, recreational vehicle, packaging, medical, marine and telecommunications industries. He is a senior executive with more than 20 years of C–level global and domestic operations experience in the manufacturing and IT industries with considerable expertise in the areas of growth management. He has significant experience in manufacturing and technology sectors running global companies with revenues from $8M to $7B. He has been involved in almost every level of the automotive sector from OEM, aftermarket (three levels), HD, retail, and consumer spanning all levels of management from CEO to engineering.

James Fraser, Board Member at Large
Jim Fraser is a senior executive with diverse leadership experience in both domestic and international sales and marketing management; new product development; organizational strategy; creation of strategic partnerships; mergers and acquisitions; new market development; and molding successful teams from diverse technical, cultural, and language backgrounds. Fraser has led the development of new products and product lines generating more than $65M in sales, and developed and managed multimillion–dollar advertising and marketing programs. Fraser is an experienced public company subsidiary board member as he has recruited and placed more than 50 directors in both public and private companies, as well as nonprofits, and provided basic governance training to more than 500 board candidates and board members.

John Kasberger, Board Member at Large
John Kasberger is a recently retired senior vice president and general merchandising manager for Lowe’s Companies, Inc. He held direct responsibility for developing strategy and executing market share growth in multiple businesses accounting for more than $12B in sales revenue. Kasberger has strong qualifications in opportunity identification, business development, and profit contribution. He was a key member of the senior management team that led Lowe’s through a business format restructuring to become the fastest growth home improvement retailer in the U.S. Kasberger was instrumental in developing direct–to–customer supply chain delivery solutions for special/configured products; directed the strategic development of proprietary brands such as Troy Bilt Power Equipment, Kobalt Tools, Jenn Air Grills, and Hitachi Power Tools; and collaborated to implement a regional distribution model for major appliances.
